Project title: Implementation of R&D results of innovative technology for manufacturing multilayer panels in modular wall elements.

The Altaj Maciej Wiliński company received a grant from the European Union for the project "Implementation of R&D results of innovative technology for the production of multi-layer panels in modular wall elements".

The project will involve the implementation of own R&D work on innovative technology for the production of multi-layer wooden panels and modular structural walls, as well as the purchase and implementation of automated technological lines and control systems necessary to launch industrial production and prepare the product for internationalization.

Ultimately, the project will be available to individual clients, developers and construction companies, as well as entrepreneurs and entities interested in ecological and energy-efficient construction, including the logistics and agricultural sectors.

The project aims to develop and implement innovative technology for the production of multi-layer wooden panels and modular structural walls, based on advanced automation and digital integration of the manufacturing process. The project aims to increase the efficiency of wood raw materials, including S2A class wood, and to introduce ecological construction products with improved performance parameters and a reduced carbon footprint to the market.

The project will result in the implementation of an innovative technology for the production of multi-layer wood panels and the introduction of a new product to the market: modular structural walls with improved performance parameters. The project will contribute to increased efficiency in the use of wood raw materials, lower production costs, and reduce the environmental impact of operations through the use of eco-friendly materials and technological solutions.
